Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your order or delivered product, please reach out and we will do our best to make it right. Refunds will be allowed within 4 days of delivery if the product is deemed not up to our standards.

For events and a la carte wedding orders, a refund may be granted up until 2 weeks prior to delivery, minus any expenses incurred.
